Ancora un record di nuovi casi di coronavirus a livello globale in sole 24 ore: nella giornata di ieri, secondo l’Organizzazione mondiale della sanità (Oms), sono stati registrati 581.679 contagi contro i 540.313 di giovedì (+7,6%). Il record precedente era stato segnato il 31 ottobre scorso a quota 557.467. Intanto, il bilancio complessivo dei casi nel mondo si avvia verso la soglia dei 50 milioni: secondo i conteggi della Johns Hopkins University attualmente si attesta a quota 49.322.827, inclusi 1.242.868 morti.
