Autostrade, per Verzari il Governo deve prendere una decisione

Il segretario nazionale della Uiltrasporti Marco Verzari ha dichiarato all’Adnkronos che “il Governo non può continuare a tergiversare, deve prendere una decisione subito”.
L’incertezza sulla revoca della concessione e il decreto Milleproroghe, secondo la società italiana Atlantia, hanno provocato gravi danni al gruppo e ha annunciato inoltre la possibilità di avviare un contenzioso legale.
Verzari continua spiegando che “Autostrade per l’Italia è in grado di gestire una concessione che è importante per il nostro Paese e ha diritto quindi ad accedere ai prestiti. Se il Governo non la ritiene idonea, deve decidere. Non può tenere il gruppo nell’incertezza perché rischia il blocco degli investimenti, della manutenzione e le ricadute sui lavoratori. E’ una situazione inammissibile”.
Il sindacato non aspetterà la decisione del Governo poiché è una scelta molto importante che va presa velocemente per evitare di mettere a rischio sicurezza sul lavoro e sicurezza degli utenti. Soprattutto in questo particolare momento di emergenza coronavirus “ci deve essere una decisione chiara sul rapporto tra lo Stato e Aspi”.
Continua Verzari “Gestire un’impresa di questa portata è molto difficile. Con una situazione bloccata come questa non si vede l’uscita dal tunnel. Chiediamo chiarezza e il Governo si sbrighi a prendere una decisone”.
